HEALTH NOTES FROM ST. FRANCIS HEALTHCARE SYSTEM OF HAWAII Vitamins...Count up your calcium. Eat three servings (if you’re under 50) or four servings (if you’re over 50) a day of low fat milk, yogurt or cheese. Take 300 mg of calcium for every dairy product you miss. Your goal is 1,000 mg/day (under 50) 1,200 mg/day (over 50) Nutrition Action Health Letter.
